When Words aren't Enough | Solo Exhibition

  • The Gallery in the Scott Center, CCC 1601 Washington Road Westminster, MD, 21157 United States (map)

"Pennsylvania-based artist Christine Mercer-Vernon has spent the last year exploring humanity’s deep connection to the natural world. Her work is soft and approachable, hopeful and quiet. Combining minimalism, storytelling, and movement to present each narrative, Mercer-Vernon is able to provide a gentle entry point unique to each viewer that allows them to examine their own desire for inspiration and hidden meaning." ~Jessi Hardesty, Curator, The Gallery in the Scott Center

Christine Mercer-Vernon is a self-taught artist and a member of the American Women Artists non-profit organization. Her work has shown in galleries across the central east coast, and she was previously featured in the Phantom Narrative group exhibition in the Gallery in the Scott Center here at Carroll. You can find her online at mercer-vernon.com and on Instagram at @christinemv_painter.
